About the role

The Benefits Operations Senior Analyst, Carrier Connections will manage the activities required to successfully set up and maintain integrations between the Rippling product and insurance carriers. This role will require impeccable organizational and communication skills with a willingness to directly contribute to the day-to-day operational needs of the insurance transactions we manage. You will work with insurance carriers, our clients, our internal support and engineering teams to ensure that integration and post-production activities are completed on-time and that the information present within Rippling is accurate and matches that of our carrier partners. This is an exciting role that requires significant attention to detail, an ability to learn as our product grows and an ability to create and improve on our processes.

What you will do
  • Manage an internal dashboard of tasks and activities related to the implementation of new carrier integrations and post-production support
  • Work directly with insurance carriers, technical teams, our clients and other stakeholders to manage complex issues and escalations
  • Root cause complex issues, define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve the customer experience
  • Provide first-class service to our clients
  • Other projects, as assigned
What you will need
  • At least 4 years of experience in an operations, project management or an equivalent role within Benefits Administration or Insurance
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail and excellent work product, time management, and execution
  • Experience with working with Product and Engineering teams with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable and practical steps
  • Demonstrated experience in complex problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organizing your day around both tasks and project deliverables
  • G-Suite Experience

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

57,000 - 99,750 USD per year (US Tier 1)

51,300 - 89,775 USD per year (US Tier 2)

48,450 - 84,788 USD per year (US Tier 3)
