Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Indianapolis-area cafés located at the Indianapolis International Airport. This full-time role supports the General Manager, drives guest satisfaction, and champions the HEART Culture across a 20+ person team.

Shifts include nights and weekends with early morning starts. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and strong communication to sustain growth, control costs, and ensure a high-quality guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)
