Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Management Group is seeking a qualified General Manager for our Indianapolis operations at the Indianapolis International Airport. You will lead a 20+ person team across café operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and consistent quality.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing labor and food costs, and coaching a strong management team. The role requires at least 5 years in the food industry and 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the food industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to increase sales and drive growth.
• Experience with employee scheduling and labor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Capable of leading a 20+ person team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and develop the management team.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and waste.
• Drive sales and ensure consistency in quality and service.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Uphold company policies and hospitality standards.
