Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Operations Concierge Supervisor to lead day-to-day airport operations and guide a customer-focused team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach Crewmembers, reinforce standards, and ensure safe, efficient operations to deliver an exceptional travel experience.

In this role you’ll coordinate across departments, maintain safety compliance, and drive on-time performance while elevating the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Requires a safety-focused mindset with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Customer-service excellence and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in airport operations or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Airport Operations Concierge (AOC) teams to deliver safe, consistent, and exceptional service.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and operational coverage across Above Wing and Below Wing duties.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, FAA, and Company regulations and model safety and professionalism.
• Oversee ramp operations, aircraft parking, and turnaround coordination.
• Coach Crewmembers through real-time feedback and structured performance discussions.
