Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Services Supervisor to lead a frontline team of Airport Services Concierges, ensuring a thoughtful and polished customer experience from check‑in to takeoff. You will partner with flight crews and vendors to deliver on the brand’s hospitality standards.

You’ll coach staff, monitor lounge and gate standards, and respond to high‑volume periods with hands‑on leadership while maintaining safety and compliance with DOT/FAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of airport operations experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team of Airport Services Concierges with coaching and real‑time feedback.
• Ensure lounge and gate environments are clean, organized, and stocked with premium amenities.
• Coordinate with flight crews, mechanics, business partners, and FBOs to support smooth operations.
• Maintain safety, appearance, and performance standards and hold the team accountable.
• Step in and serve alongside the team during high‑volume periods, demonstrating hands‑on leadership.
• Drive hospitality to ensure customers feel seen, supported, and celebrated from check‑in to takeoff.
