Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Supervisor in Missoula (MSO). The role leads a team of agents providing passenger services across arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities include directing ticketing, boarding assistance, and safety compliance while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere for passengers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain airport/state/customs credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival/check-in, including special needs support.
• Handle ticketing/check-in via computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to prepare wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items for loading.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements; promote safety and EEO policies.
• Perform related duties and complete tasks safely and securely as assigned.
