Position Summary

Provides oversight and ensures compliance across all service lines, according to TSA and airline regulations. Serves in a leadership role and as a representative of ACTS-Aviation Security at designated units. This role is especially vital in units with complex service requirements, multiple operations, or larger staff. Promotes ACTS-Aviation Security’s commitment to high-quality service, regulatory compliance, safety, and a secure work environment.

Salary

$24.94 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Security Officers in daily activities as established by the customer
• Schedule and assign Security Officers to ensure proper coverage and relief
• Conduct regular documented audits of employee performance
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to appropriate personnel
• Ensure all training and documentation for new hires are completed and maintained
• Discipline Security Officers as necessary
• Maintain compliance with all regulations, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Perform other duties as assigned by ACTS-Aviation Security

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience is required.
