Secure Identity, LLC. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador for CLEAR. You’ll be the friendly face travelers meet in the terminal, proactively explaining CLEAR’s benefits and enrolling new members on the spot.

This high-energy role rewards performance with an uncapped commission and a base hourly pay of $18.50. You’ll use your sales experience to drive enrollments, retention, and referrals while maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to articulate CLEAR's value proposition and overcome objections.
• Strong customer-focused approach with resilience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers, pitching, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership: support renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Tailor solutions: recommend offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment) based on traveler needs.
• Create great experiences: keep interactions warm and guide travelers to enrollment.
• Own your results: align with individual and team goals and drive outcomes.
• Operate safely & compliant: follow security protocols and verify IDs and travel documents.
