CLEAR is seeking a friendly, high-energy Member Growth/Sales Ambassador to be the face travelers meet in the terminal. You will proactively start conversations, explain CLEAR’s benefits, and enroll new members on the spot while helping retain and reactivate existing members.

The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and emphasizes excellent service during high-volume interactions. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to engage travelers and adapt messaging to different needs.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers, delivering a concise pitch, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership through renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Tailor offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment, bag drop, concierge) to traveler needs.
• Create positive experiences by keeping interactions warm, efficient, and enrollment-focused.
• Own your results by aiming for individual and team sales goals.
• Operate safely and compliantly by following security standards and verifying travel documents.
