Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at Jackson Hole Airport in Jackson, WY. The role involves greeting customers, processing rental returns, and ensuring smooth, courteous service throughout the car lease process.

Pay starts at $25 per hour, with full-time schedules (40 hours/week) including weekends. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401k with matching, and employee rental car discounts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must currently live in Jackson Hole or plan to within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in the vehicle and log them.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicle for damage on arrival and direct to the counter for damage reporting.
• Ensure vehicle is returned with a full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage.
