Job summary

National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring for a seasonal Return Agent at Jackson Hole Airport. You will greet customers, process returns, review charges, and keep the lot organized for smooth flow. We offer multiple full- and part-time schedules through October 2026, with a paid shuttle from Idaho Falls.

Requirements: U.S. work authorization, at least 18, High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with limited violations, and no major DUI in 5 years.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with prescribed dialogue upon arrival.
• Process vehicle returns and review rental charges for accuracy.
• Keep the lot organized to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and document customer satisfaction or issues.
• Assist with damage/loss reporting and vehicle checks.
• Support attendance and punctuality standards and complete other duties as assigned.
