Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, is hiring a Greeter for the San Juan International Airport. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process, with the position starting at $10.75 per hour.

The job includes benefits like PTO, health and life insurance, and employee discounts. The Greeter will welcome customers, direct them to services, answer questions, and support the team to ensure a smooth experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• 40 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assist shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure vehicle supply.
• Greet members as they arrive and exit the bus or lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth and provide directions/maps as needed.
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits.
• Escalate customer service issues to management.
• Ensure hangtag information is correctly completed.
• Maintain low mileage fleet mix and Emerald Aisle cleanliness.
• Thank members for their business and offer upgrades when available.
• Perform other customer service duties as required by management.
