The role requires 3+ years in stock or warehouse operations with supervisory experience preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in stock operations, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree counts toward 1 of the 3-year requirement

Responsibilities

• Supervise stock associates during shifts ensuring proper receiving, stocking and inventory procedures.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safety protocols are followed; conduct shift inspections.
• Coordinate incoming freight, report shortages/damages, maintain accurate documentation.
• Assign tasks and coach stock team to ensure proper stocking procedures and company standards.
• Manage replenishment to keep adequate floor inventory and coordinate with sales staff on out-of-stock items.
• Oversee processing of returns and vendor credits while maintaining documentation.
• Use inventory systems to track levels, process orders and assist with counts and variance investigations.
