Job summary

Bambuza Hospitality Group in Portland, OR is hiring a Supervisor (Multi-Unit) to lead restaurant operations at Portland International Airport (PDX). This full-time role (~32.5 hours/week) reports to the General Manager and covers 2pm–10pm shifts, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat.

You will guide the team, uphold values, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 6 months of experience, supervisory background, POS familiarity, and the ability to pass an airport background

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a busy restaurant or operations setting.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid food safety (Food Worker Card) and alcohol server training cards.
• Ability to pass an airport background check.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure outstanding service at PDX airport.
• Help your team and lead by example while maintaining guest focus.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently throughout shifts.
• Follow and teach company standards, safety, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize service and reduce waste.
