Job summary

Bambuza PDX LLC is hiring a Supervisor (Multi-Unit) at Portland International Airport. This on-site role leads a team in the Operations department with a focus on guest experience and smooth daily operations.

You will guide staff, uphold standards, and train teammates while ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced airport environment. The position is full-time at approximately 32.5 hours per week, with shifts 2pm–10pm across Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Requirements

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 6 months of experience in a busy restaurant or operations setting.


• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.


• Excellent time management skills.


• Valid food safety (Food Worker Card) and alcohol serving (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) cards.


• Ability to pass an airport background check.


• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.


• Additional language skills are a plus.


• Must be at least 21 years old.
