Responsibilities

• Assist in managing specific areas of restaurant during shifts.
• Ensure restaurant is organized and staffed per schedule.
• Oversee break rotation and task delegation during peak and non-peak periods.
• Train new crew members in their areas of responsibility.
• Ensure service quality and cleanliness meet Fresquez standards.
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cash accountability reports accurately.
• Communicate problems to management promptly.
• Be flexible and ready to take charge when necessary.
• Work varied shifts including mornings, days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
