Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in restaurant/food service management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front of house and kitchen activities, supervise performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and adherence to safety specifications.
• Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team, uphold guest service standards and brand specs.
• Maintain policies, sanitation standards, and merchandising and inventory levels.
