Qualifications

• Experienced Restaurant General Manager or equivalent leadership role in food service.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to lead in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs; shifts incl. weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred.
