You will recruit, train, and mentor staff; manage budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics; ensure food safety and regulatory compliance; coordinate with airport authorities and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in food service.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment with varying customer demands.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
