SSP America, a premier airport hospitality partner, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Hubbard Inn at MDW Airport in Chicago. You will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure fast, friendly, high-quality service in a high-volume, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining.
• 1+ year back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing labor, and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening, peak service, and closing
• Coach, develop, and schedule team members to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintain strong food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
