Job summary

Panda Express at Plum Market Food Service – Omaha Eppley Airfield is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in running daily restaurant operations, guest service excellence, staffing, and compliance. Located at 4501 Abbott Drive, Omaha, NE, this role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume airport setting.

You will coach team members, manage scheduling, food safety, and cost control while driving guest satisfaction and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a food service, hospitality, or retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guest service, staffing, food quality, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Coach Team Members and uphold Panda Express brand standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training and retention.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, stock rotation and cost control.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
