Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Airline Services Agent to support ramp operations and passenger services at the airport. The role includes loading baggage, marshalling aircraft, and assisting passengers with check-in and boarding while maintaining safety and compliance with airport regulations.

Compensation is $17.00 per hour and the position is part-time. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Pass background checks and comply with airport security.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates using hand signals and radios.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, forklifts).
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and ramp areas.
• Coordinate with flight crews and control for smooth operations.
• Process baggage claims and assist with transfers and check-in procedures.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates and with boarding procedures.
• Complete flight documentation and weight/balance records.
• Handle lost and found activities and baggage claims.
