Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Part-Time Agent, Passenger Service to support airport operations. You will assist passengers with reservations, tickets, baggage handling, and travel information, ensuring smooth boarding and compliance with security protocols.

You will process bookings, issue tickets, manage baggage and standby travelers, and help with airfreight documentation. The role offers an hourly rate of $17 and open availability for shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations, issue tickets and itineraries, and compute fares for passengers.
• Handle baggage check-in and processing of luggage.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates and during boarding procedures.
• Manage arrangements for standby travelers and luggage.
• Process lost and found and baggage claims, and handle airfreight documentation.
