Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring at our Tyler, TX location for a ground operations role focused on baggage handling and passenger service. You will guide aircraft on the ramp, load and unload baggage, and assist with check-in and rebooking using reservation software.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, on-time departures, and clear passenger communication. The role requires physical work (up to 75 lbs), rotating shifts, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and politely using reservation systems

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time entry/exit.
• Load/unload and transfer passenger baggage on ramp, cargo/freight and company materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Operate ground equipment (tugs, belt loaders, bag carts) to assist plane movement and baggage handling.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, on-time departures and accurate passenger information processing.
• Assist with passenger check-in, ticketing, and rebooking using reservation software.
• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in experience; address questions per company policy.
