Job summary

Horizon Air is seeking a part-time Ramp & Customer Service Agent to support guest interactions and ramp operations. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions while assisting with baggage, ticketing, and boarding processes.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to learn a computerized reservation system. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid unexpired driver's license.
• Ability to operate a computerized reservation system.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with travel needs and check-in processes.
• Perform below wing tasks including baggage handling and aircraft marshalling.
• Groom aircraft and conduct security searches as required.
• Manage boarding, announcements, and standby/ upgrade requests.
• Process luggage, claims, and coordinate with baggage handling.
• Support various duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
