Qualifications

Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with customers and tenants.
Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other office programs.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch aircraft service and refuel requests.
Process hotel, catering and transportation requests for customers.
Perform daily accounting tasks including collections and nightly reconciliation.
Greet customers in a polite, friendly manner and assist as needed.
Clerical duties and light cleaning as assigned.
Provide shuttle and escort services where required.
