Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour, with full-time hours and benefits; shifts include A.M. and P.M. periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport or state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized system including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
