Avflight Akron-Canton in Canton, OH seeks a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to assist airline passengers and cargo operations. You will handle itineraries, fares, tickets, refunds and baggage while guiding passengers to aircraft and maintaining safe airport flow.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills; must read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, and obtain security clearance.
• Must be 18 years or older; High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Driver's license and be willing to work varied hours including swing/graveyard shifts.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, friendly service to customers and passengers.
• Arrange itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, tickets, and manage baggage-related tasks.
• Guide passengers from terminals to aircraft and assist with boarding logistics.
• Load/unload cargo and marshal equipment as part of ramp operations.
