Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer literacy needed.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and pass pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per immigration laws.
• Must complete required training.
• No prior experience needed — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment safely (tugs, belt loaders, etc.).
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Handle baggage/items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with commissary services including catering carts and galley supplies.
• Conduct aircraft security searches as required.
• Keep ramp areas safe, clean, and free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment and report deficiencies.
• Communicate with team using two-way radio.
• Assist customers with special needs as directed.
• Follow all safety regulations and use PPE properly.
• Complete all required training.
• Only perform tasks you are trained for.
• Report safety hazards or incidents immediately to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
