HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to oversee one or more close-by QSR locations near Miami Airport. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, and high operational standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead opening/closing, staffing, coaching, scheduling, and compliance, with P&L responsibility and direct reporting to operations leadership. This role requires 3+ years in restaurant management and a strong focus on team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple shifts and teams in a fast‑paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and brand standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability while achieving unit goals.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct interviews and manage hiring decisions.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and on-boarding/off-boarding processes for staff.
• Interpret financial and operational data to monitor progress and drive improvements.
