Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, or operations.
• HR certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance management programs and processes.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned to goals.
• Align employee goals with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
• Monitor productivity and departmental effectiveness.
• Conduct evaluations and provide recommendations.
• Create and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices.
• Analyze performance data, trends, and workforce metrics.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Track engagement, retention, and productivity levels.
• Recommend data-driven improvements for efficiency.
• Train managers on evaluation methods and tools.
• Support learning and development programs.
• Provide coaching to improve performance.
• Identify skill gaps and training solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of records.
