Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks a seasoned Performance Manager to design and implement systems that enhance employee and organizational performance across our operations. The role will set performance standards, develop KPIs, and monitor progress to drive efficiency.

You will lead evaluation cycles, analyze data, coach managers, and support workforce planning while upholding HR policies and compliance. This is an on-site role supporting multiple airports in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5+ years in performance management, HR, or operations
• 2–5+ years of experience in performance management, HR, or operations
• Experience with KPI tracking and employee evaluations
• HR certifications may be preferred

Job Summary

A Performance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems that improve employee and organizational performance. The role focuses on setting performance standards, tracking KPIs, conducting evaluations, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting employee development to ensure business goals are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Planning & Strategy

• Design and maintain performance management programs and processes
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
• Align employee goals with organizational objectives
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives

Employee Performance Management

• Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal cycles
• Monitor employee productivity and departmental effectiveness

• Ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices across departments

Data Analysis & Reporting
