Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is hiring a Supervisor to oversee a team of leads and passenger assistance agents across assigned shifts. You will manage shift schedules, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain required airport credentials. Aviation experience is preferred. This position may involve outdoor work and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Preferred Qualification: One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-ups, and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in payroll administration; completes shift paperwork and related admin tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations, company policies, and laws.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and EEO policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within capabilities.
