Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic check-in of passengers for international travel.
• Verify documents for international and domestic flights.
• Provide correct boarding passes and verify tickets/seats.
• Maintain knowledge of flight times during shift; liaison with airlines and ground handlers.
• Assist with baggage tagging, handling, and reporting.
• Announce arrivals/departures and provide passenger information as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
