Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience necessary.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a working telephone number for contact.
• Must have reliable telephone and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, clients and airline personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
• Read and understand letters and numbers to pre-screen passenger tickets and determine city/destination and gate locations.
• Provide general information to passengers and flight information.
• Provide special services (courtesy chairs/bag carts) as required.
• Direct large pieces of luggage and oversize items to the baggage handling process.
• Refer difficult passengers to security and notify supervisor of needs and problems.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and report maintenance needs.
• Present a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients and staff.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Use appropriate communications channels and maintain records and files.
• Wear proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials.
• Badges must be visible at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievements.
• Utilize company equipment responsibly and cost-effectively.
