Job summary

Lehigh Valley International Airport is seeking a part-time Airline Services Baggage Handler/Ramp Agent I to support afternoon and evening operations at Allentown, PA. You will assist with luggage handling, aircraft servicing, and provide courteous customer service.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to work nights and weekends, and compliance with safety regulations. Training will be provided, uniforms are supplied, and you will operate ramp equipment and communicate via radio during

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to report during emergencies and in all weather conditions
• Adequate English language skills

Responsibilities

• Tow and marshal aircraft to gates and parking areas
• Perform lavatory and potable water servicing and aircraft deicing
• Clean aircraft interior and perform security searches
• Stock carts with supplies
• Load/unload luggage and cargo between aircraft and terminal
• Operate and maintain heavy ramp equipment
• Assist customers with luggage and wheelchairs
• Maintain a safe ramp environment and report incidents
• Communicate via two-way radio, phone, and email
