Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor in Orlando to lead frontline agents, ensure smooth shift operations, and meet airline standards for exceptional customer service.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with management on staffing, and ensure training for new hires while upholding safety and security requirements in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• U.S. work authorization if located in the United States.
• SIDA training required to obtain airport authority identification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience; airline/customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents and Leads on shift; resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Assist management with staffing decisions including hiring, discipline and termination.
• Ensure new hire and refresher training for all Passenger Service Agents and Leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards; ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
• Maintain safety and security without compromise.
• Handle customer interactions at ticket counter and gate professionally.
