Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative position involving direct interaction with the public.
• At least three years of experience in a customer service-related capacity.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to aircraft, flight details, and scheduling matters.
• Check baggage and guide passengers to boarding gates.
• Make public announcements for arrivals and departures.
• Prepare and print manifests and boarding passes; verify passenger identification.
• Coordinate authorization and confidentiality of passenger manifests.
• Communicate information to flight crews, airport staff, and customers.
• Oversee boarding and ensure timely departure; handle claims for lost/delayed luggage.
