Fairweather, part of the Doyon family, is hiring a Ticket Counter Agent to serve 45,000+ passengers at the airport. You will handle ticketing, check-in, baggage, and flight information with a focus on excellent customer service and security compliance.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in Alaska. Responsibilities include announcements, passenger document verification, and coordinating with aviation staff to ensure smooth boarding and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in an administrative role with public interaction.
• At least three years in a customer service capacity.
• Must obtain/hold SIDA badge.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ticketing, check-in, baggage handling, and flight information.
• Verify passenger identification and manage security protocols.
