Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Hawaii, Kahului, seeks a Part Time Passenger Services Lead to manage a team of agents and provide customer service for arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations.

You will assist passengers with special needs, guide them through Customs and Immigration, and ensure smooth, safe operations. PM shifts, rotating days, and eligibility for flight privileges after 30 days are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and other items are available for loading and delivery.
