Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Ability to obtain credentials required for airport/state/customs.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant aviation/ground handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and back-ups.
• Communicate with the manager regarding problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor and enforce safety, policy compliance, and applicable laws.

• Perform related duties as required within skill and experience level.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
