Job summary

TDA AGH at Nashville International Airport seeks a courteous Passenger Service Agent to be the face of the operation, delivering friendly service from ticketing to boarding and assisting travelers with special needs and aircraft turnaround support.

You will ensure accurate information on timings, seating, and procedures, while upholding FAA, airline, and airport safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a busy airport.
• Available for varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. as required by law.
• Able to pass background and fingerprint security checks.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on sizes, and seat assignments.
• Provide accurate arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, and seating info.
• Handle denied boarding and arrange accommodations and vouchers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and wheelchair support as required.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs for boarding.
• Perform cabin cleaning and security checks between flights.
• Complete required training and perform only trained tasks.
• Report safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
