Job summary

TDA AGH in New Jersey is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to be the face of the operation, delivering outstanding customer service to travelers using our commercial and charter services. You will handle ticketing, boarding, special assistance, and aircraft turnaround support in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires ability to work flexible shifts, maintain professional appearance, and comply with FAA and airport regulations. Training is provided, and a SIDA badge and U.S.

Qualifications

Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a fast airport environment.
Available to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must present a professional appearance.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

Process customer tickets, check baggage, assign seats, and provide arrival/departure information.
Assist passengers with special needs and wheelchair assistance as required.
Operate jet bridges and ADA ramps to facilitate boarding and deplaning.
Enforce safety and security regulations and report hazards.
Deliver high-quality customer service as the first and last impression of the operation.
