Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances applicable to position qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger data is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve issues during flight interruptions per company policies.
• May assist in the Baggage Service Office with baggage location.
• Clean the aircraft interior and service lavatories.
• Operate ground equipment and drive tugs/belt loaders as needed.
• Work outdoors in all temperatures.
