Job summary

Unifi is seeking friendly, customer-focused team members to assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and related inquiries in a fast-paced airport environment.

Paid training is provided; full-time roles start at 30 hours per week, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and exclusive discounts for employees and family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems; handle reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Maintain a visible customer-facing presence and communicate itineraries clearly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
