Strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule are essential. The role involves processing payments, coordinating with crew, and delivering exceptional service at airport stations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Computer skills – learn reservation/phone systems; proficient with a PC.
• Basic math abilities.
• Must pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in passengers and assist with bookings and re-bookings.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide information on flight times, boarding procedures, and seating arrangements.
• Process credit card payments and update reservations.
• Direct aircraft parking and ramp operations as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
