Job summary

Southeast Airport Services Inc. is seeking dedicated APM Agents to provide top-notch passenger assistance throughout the airport when the Automated People Mover is unavailable. You will help passengers with directions, safety, and smooth terminal movement.

This role emphasizes customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment, and flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality or airport ops is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Social Security card.
• Valid U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate.
• Non-U.S. citizens must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and obtain airport security badge clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (if required by contract).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle and communicate with large groups of travelers.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers traveling between terminals and concourses.
• Provide clear directions, information, and customer support using a microphone amplifier.
• Guide passengers along designated indoor and outdoor walking routes.
• Assist elderly passengers, families, and individuals with special needs.
• Ensure passenger safety and maintain orderly crowd movement.
• Monitor passenger flow and report concerns to airport operations or supervisors.
• Always maintain a professional and courteous presence.
• Comply with all airport security, safety, and access-control procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support airport operations.
