Job summary

PF Chang's Pantry Cook in Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is seeking an experienced kitchen team member. You will cook, plate, and ensure portion control according to production standards, while maintaining a clean, organized prep area.

You will review daily prep lists, monitor temperatures, and follow safety/hygiene practices in a fast-paced airport environment. High school diploma or GED and some related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months or more related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math for portioning and measurements.
• Ability to apply reasonable understanding to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cook, plate, and follow portion standards per production requirements.
• Review daily pull and prep lists to organize activities.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures; label and rotate products.
• Test foods for proper cooking using tasting and measuring methods.
• Monitor cooking temperatures on grills, ovens, and roasters.
