Ultipro in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day scheduling and staffing, oversee budgeted hours, and limit overtime in a dynamic airport environment.

You will implement the Safety Management System (SMS), develop safety plans for the station, and provide Quality Assurance oversight on performance and safety, including corrective actions. Leadership, flexibility, and airline-related experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of supervisory experience preferred.
• Operations or airline experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility over scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, and limiting overtime.
• Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Implement safety plan for station.
• Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing corrective and/or preventative actions.
• Train/retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and the public.
• Monitor employee activity and adjust as needed.
• Handle Off Schedule Operations when Manager is not available.
