Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Columbus, OH, seeks a Supervisor to lead a team of passenger assistance agents across assigned shifts, ensuring safety and efficiency of daily operations for arriving and departing flights.

You will schedule workload, train staff, coordinate with management, and ensure compliance with Unifi policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma and driving license are required; prefer 1 year in aviation/ground handling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedule to include workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations and policies.
